Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.
Print-on-Demand (POD) Items
Our merchandise is made to order through a print-on-demand partner. Because each item is produced specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for reasons such as sizing, change of mind, or buyer's remorse. Please review sizing guides carefully before purchasing.
Digital Downloads
All digital products (music, artwork, files) are delivered instantly upon purchase and are non-refundable. Due to the nature of digital goods, we cannot accept returns once a file has been accessed or downloaded.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at shop@electropico.world with your order number and photos of the issue. We will work with our fulfillment partner to resolve it with a replacement or store credit on a case-by-case basis.
Wrong Item Received
If you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll make it right.
